Yes! We stand behind our work. All workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year, and any parts we supply are covered for 1 year or 20,000 km—whichever comes first. Brake work is backed for 6 months or 10,000 km. If you have questions about your specific service, just ask—we’re always happy to walk you through the details.

Yes, you're welcome to provide your own parts. Just keep in mind that we’re unable to offer a warranty on parts we don’t supply. To avoid delays or compatibility issues, please make sure the parts are the correct fit for your vehicle’s year, make, and model. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help confirm before your appointment.

Sometimes the unexpected happens—and that’s okay. If we discover an issue outside of the original scope of work, we’ll always provide clear, honest communication and show you exactly what we’re seeing with photos. You’ll receive a quote before any additional work is done, and nothing proceeds without your approval. If the repair ends up taking longer than expected, we’ll do our best to schedule an additional service block as soon as possible to keep things moving and get you back on the road safely.

We recommend booking as early as possible—especially during our busiest seasons. Fall is our peak for tire swaps, and spots fill up fast. If you're planning your winter tire change, try to schedule for September or October and book your preferred day and time in advance. Spring can also get busy with summer tire changes, so try and plan ahead in April for those too. 

For regular maintenance or off-season work, a few days’ notice is usually enough—but the more time you give us, the better we can serve you!
